OUR PHILOSOPHY
At For Ever Fine Jewelry, we believe every piece should feel deeply personal — designed with intention and crafted to last a lifetime. Because of this, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and are always happy to answer questions prior to checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each piece is made to order, all sales on foreverfinejewelry.com are final.
We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage you to review sizing, measurements, stone specifications, and scale prior to purchasing.

If you have questions, we are happy to guide you before checkout.

Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors
If you believe you received a piece with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please email hello@foreverfinejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and videos, and your order number.
We will assess and respond within 1–2 business days.
Normal wear, improper care, accidental damage, or general wear over time are not considered manufacturing defects.

RING SIZING
We highly recommend confirming your ring size prior to ordering.
Sizing responsibility rests with the client. If you are unsure of your size, we encourage visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing.
Please note:

  • Wide bands may fit more snugly
  • Finger size fluctuates due to temperature and lifestyle
  • We cannot guarantee fit based on previously worn rings
  • We are happy to offer sizing guidance prior to purchase.

RESIZING POLICY
Resizing is not included unless otherwise stated.

One-Time Resizing
Most solid gold rings are eligible for one-time resizing within 30 days of delivery for a fee.

  • Metal type
  • Stone setting
  • Size adjustment requested

Clients are responsible for insured shipping both ways.

Non-Resizable Styles
The following styles typically cannot be resized:

  • Eternity bands
  • Full pavé bands
  • Designs with stones encircling the entire band
  • Highly intricate custom designs
  • Adjustments greater than 1–2 sizes

We reserve the right to determine if resizing may compromise structural integrity.

REPAIRS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Manufacturing Defects

  • Loose stones upon arrival
  • Faulty clasps
  • Structural craftsmanship issues

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Wear & Tear
Fine jewelry is delicate. Damage from:

  • Impact
  • Chemical exposure
  • Improper storage
  • General wear is not considered a defect but we are happy to provide repair services for a fee.

Repair costs vary depending on required work. Clients are responsible for insured shipping.

CUSTOM & BESPOKE ORDERS
We specialize in meaningful, one-of-a-kind designs. All custom and bespoke pieces are final sale.

Custom Process

  • Consultation
  • Stone sourcing
  • CAD renderings or sketches
  • Final approval prior to production

Once final approval is given and production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Deposits
Custom projects require a non-refundable deposit prior to design and sourcing.

APPRAISALS & INSURANCE
We recommend insuring fine jewelry purchases.
Upon request, we can provide documentation for insurance purposes. Clients are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage after delivery.
For Ever Fine Jewelry is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once a piece has been delivered and signed for.

JEWELRY CARE

  • Remove before swimming, exercising, or sleeping
  • Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and chemicals
  • Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box

We are happy to provide additional care guidance upon request.

SHIPPING
Domestic (United States)

  • Complimentary insured UPS or FedEx® shipping on orders over $500
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • No P.O. boxes
  • Most pieces ship within 2–4 weeks

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Once a package has been marked delivered and signed for, For Ever Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping
International orders ship via UPS or FedEx for an additional fee.
